Consultation (2 Hours)

This session builds on the Discovery. It includes the initial discovery hour plus an additional hour for more detailed analysis, or it can serve as a follow-up to the initial discovery. Here, we dive deeper into your challenges and explore practical strategies for addressing them, laying the groundwork for more extensive work.

I will share my view on the best possible options and how I think they would help you. You will not only get a recommendation but an insight into the tradeoffs.

Strategic (8 Hours)

This package is for businesses seeking a refined strategy that aligns with market conditions and organisational goals. Over the first four hours, we’ll review your current strategy, internal dynamics, and market trends. I’ll then spend time refining my recommendations, and in the second session, we’ll reconvene to discuss the strategic direction and how it aligns with your long-term objectives.

4 hours (usually done as 2x2 hour sessions where we are online together going through it.)

Outcome

The objective is to help you align your strategy.

6 Months (fractional role)

20 hours per month. The time will be spent as we agree to spend it for maximum reward in achieving desired outcomes.
