Refunds Policy
We aim to deliver high-quality services and ensure your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied, a partial refund may be issued. Refunds are processed with deductions for certain fees, as outlined below.
Note: Certifications are excluded from refunds, once you have started, as the nature of training is that you already have the knowledge as it is being provided. However, you can get a refund before you conduct the training or if you cannot attend.
Refund Process
Request a Refund: Contact us within 10 days of service delivery to initiate a refund request.
Review & Confirmation: We will review the request, and upon confirmation, process the refund within 20 days.
Deductions from Refunds

Please note that these fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the original payment before issuing the refund.
Foreign Exchange will be done on the day you pay and the day we refund, as the amounts provided by the bank. The rate may fluctuate and is not in our control.
Example refund: A service charge of £ 200 will typically have a fee deduction of £51.
10 day refund window
During the 10 days, we retain the rights to the work and all assets and output. After the 10 day refund window is closed, we will send you a rights of use document, handing over the work to you. You, as the owner, hold all rights to the work. We hold no rights to the work and cannot use it, except for showing our work (as in a portfolio).
During this time you may submit a refund request for approval. We reserve the right to deny the request, but will only do so on solid grounds. Our aim is to please and satisfy the fee, so if we have to fix/modify the work, we will opt to do so. If it is our fault and we cannot repair it, we will refund without question.
On Refund
If your refund request is granted, you will forfeit your right to owning the assets. You must destroy any assets and may not use any part of it. If you are found to be using it after a refund, you will be doing so illegally.
Conclusion
You want the work done professionally. We want to conduct the work professionally. In the majority of cases this will be achieved. And as reasonable people we will work out any issues if any arise.
