We look at level 3.
Training Days: Every Wednesday and Friday. You will be added to the next level 3 slot available after checkout.
There are 4 x 3-hour sessions.
Lesson 1
We look at the fundamentals of systems thinking with an expanded look at strategic alignment and autonomy.
Lesson 2
We look at reductionism vs holism and feedback loops. We introduce the AMMERSE Sers and weights
Lesson 3
Practical usage by problem evaluation and statements. We refer to Iron Triangle, “commonly called,” and CMMI as examples.
Lesson 4
We look at solution evaluation and statements with Scrum as an example.
