If it was a case of mistakenly buying the wrong service, we ask that you either wait for your refund, or purchase the correct service, and we will process the refund when you apply.

In basic language, you pay, we conduct the work to your satisfaction. However, we reserve the right to maintain fairness in this approach. For example, if you request a logo design service and we provide you with a logo, which you do not like, we may simply provide you with another. However, if you repeatedly reject the work and are never satisfied, then this suggests a deeper underlying issue. In this case, we will attempt to resolve this with you.

"Fractional" refers to hiring a senior-level executive, like a CTO or CMO, on a part-time basis. Instead of working full-time, they provide expertise and strategic guidance for a set number of hours or days per month. This allows businesses to access high-level skills and experience without the cost of a full-time salary.

People typically have lots of meetings, calculate estimates, provide quotes, costings and much more. We work on the basis, that we know what the foundation of the task entails, and we have the skills to quickly engage with what is required. Most of the time, most work can be done, without the need for a blow by blow account of it. Most estimates are wrong, people spend time doing things other than the work that actually needs to be done.

Sometimes it takes longer to work out what it may or may not cost, than to just get the job done.

Our services are not "open" ended services, they have a fixed time-frame. We can spend that time estimating if you want, or we can spend time calculating strategy, or working out priorities, or getting something done. If something requires estimation, we can help you, but it can be removed as an overhead on many straight forward tasks.
